Villa Sera
The Villa Sera can be built on a slightly smaller plot than the Jasmine Villa. Due to the popularity of the Jasmine Villa we have only visited one Villa Sera in the latter stages of completion. This is the one shown in the second photo below, where the customer has asked for a number of changes to the original design. The standard design is shown here, taken from a development in another area:
You will see that this is a two storey property and typically comprises: three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area. There is a balcony from one of the bedrooms which may, as in this photo, have stairs leading down to the terrace and pool. The 'turret' is purely decorative.
In the photograph below the customer has made a number of quite drastic changes. The bedroom with a balcony has been extended to entirely replace the original balcony area. Internally the other two bedrooms were knocked into one and, to regain the third bedroom, a second staircase was built leading up to a small balcony beside the turret. The turret was then opened up into a single bedroom (or second sitting room).
Whilst the vast majority of buyers are completely satisfied with the standard layout, we hope these photos demonstrate our willingness to alter our designs to your specific requirements.
