By far the most popular villa choice, the mediterranean styling of our Jasmine Villa sets it aside from many Turkish properties.
Whilst the basic design is maintained, the lay of the land and individual customer requirements will dictate the look and layout of each finished villa. Our customers have far more say in the construction of their villa than those buying on the many large developments throughout Turkey.
If you take a look at the photograph below you will see typical Jasmin Villas - two floors, one large balcony, one large terrace, a private pool and small garden. However, you will notice that the closest villa has asked for an external staircase to be added from the first floor balcony.
The gradient of the hillside in the photo above is quite gentle. Steeper gradients allow for an 'underbuild', below the ground floor. These can vary from a single room and utility area/kitchen/bathroom to a complete self contained apartment. The photo below shows a Jasmine villa, close to completion, that includes a self-contained apartment:
A standard Jasmine Villa consists of:
- Ground Floor: Open plan lounge and dining area, kitchen, fully tiled bathroom, two bedrooms, terrace, stairs lesding to ..
- First Floor: The entire first floor comprises the third bedroom, fully tiled ensuite and curved terrace, making the most of the views.
- Internal Flooring: All internal flooring and terraces are tiled in a choice of finishes.
Where an underbuild is included it is pretty much a blank canvas as to the final layout. We have seen some used simply as storage with a small utility room to keep the washing machine etc out of the main house. Others are large enough for a genuine self contained apartment of lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Because of the extra building work required and the the fact that they are all different, an underbuild adds an extra cost to the standard price of a Jasmine Villa. We can discuss this with you in general terms, with a firm price being confirmed when you choose your specific plot and determine the layout of the underbuild.
