The busy port and prize winning marina make it a dynamic tourist resort. Surrounded by the snow capped Taurus Mountains and set in a curving bay it's the perfect destination to invest in. Antalya has a landscape of pine forests, citrus and olive groves and plantations of palm, banana and avocado.
Located on Turkey's western Mediterranean region it has something to offer everyone and boasts over 300 days of sunshine per year. During March and April you can Ski in the morning and swim in the warm Mediterranean in the afternoon. The weather in Antalya is dry and hot during summer and milder in the winter. The best season for sun is between April to October. The standard temperature for the sea is around 21.5°C making it the ideal location.
Antalya which means the ground of all tribes has one of the best beaches along the Mediterranean coast. The main beach has a small boardwalk and cycle path and playground area along the western part of the town. Further out there are popular beaches at Kucuk, Calticak and Buyuk to the west.

Tours to nearby destinations include Alanya, Side and Termesses and a bit further afield you can visit Cappadocia or Pamukkale. Local attractions include the ports marina which has been completely restored and worth a visit. The Antalya Museum is also worth a look it's a prize winning museum and has a worthy archaeology section. It also has a popular children's department with exhibits that children will love. Other places worth a visit are Hidirilk Tower and the ancient city of Pisidyan which has a theatre and Odeon.
The old quarter of Kaleici has winding narrow streets with old wooden homes near the ancient city wall which are lit of an evening. Towards the eastern coast is the Aqua Park which has great water slides and water sports.
Each year during autumn Antalya holds the Altin Portakal Firm and Art Festival and some of the plays and concerts are held at the ancient theatre in Aspendos which is a great setting.
