The main shopping area is Dolphin Square and not far away is the Didyma Mall which is a modern shopping complex. There are also two large supermarkets between the town centre and the seafront.

Altinkum is not as rowdy as some of its neighbouring towns but can still offer a good night out. Most of the evening activities take place around Dolphin Square and the seafront. You can enjoy karaoke, belly dancing, bingo, pool and Altinkum even has an open air nightclub.
